Dear readers:
Spring is here in the mountains of Northern
California. This morning the air was full of the happy sounds of
robins. They filled the big oak tree in the front yard and the
pasture is moving with their hunt. There were plenty of apples
to tide the little silver foxes and pregnant does through the winter
snows so all is well and am looking forward to the new life
coming to my little farm.
The manuscript for my new book Tumultuous is
done. I'd like to take a
moment to profoundly thank all of you who've asked
when it will be coming out. Soon, I
hope!
I have to tell y'all that I have never had as much fun
writing a story as I've had writing this
one! The adventure
starts out in San Francisco and ends up
in the Pacific Northwest, which is now my home.
As I worked on this manuscript, I
thought of those of you who've given me feedback
on Double
Devotion and I promise not to disappoint
you. But just how I do that, you will have to wait and
see. Don't ya just love the suspense? Will Tom and CJ stay
together? What lies ahead for the lovers? Will Clarice
experience the bliss of a mended heart? Will she ever find the
baby who was abducted?
I'll bring it altogether in the new book, plus you will
meet some new characters. I really loved writing about Maxie,
the feisty owner of an art gallery in Ashland, Oregon.
Part of the fun of writing this story was taking
a risk and introducing a smidgen of intrigue in the
form of a crime. So there'll be a coupla bad
characters in the new book, too!
I wrote Tumultuous
with you in mind, dear reader. It is my gift to you! But,
that being said, prepare to be surprised.
May you all be blessed and safe. . .and, might I add,
solvent during this bad time our economy is going
through. Wanna escape? Grab a copy of Double
Devotion from Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.com
(if you don't already have a copy) and get lost in the sexual
romps and life adventures of the characters in that
book. Double Devotion is
purely an escapist read! It's also where you'll
meet CJ, Tom and Clarice. When you've finished reading it, please
come back here and let me know what you think.
Just click on "Email Me" and share your
thoughts. I look forward to hearing from
you.
FYI: I will be using a pen name for
Tumultuous, so I will be
creating a new website as soon as the book is in print.
Stay tuned for updates on that little project.
Thanks again for your kind
words, great letters and loving
support.
Best of
everything,
Shar E.
